DS216j - reanimowanie flasha - złącze Serial COM

Witam,
Mam problem z DS216J,
Mruga jedynie dioda zasilania na niebiesko oraz dioda od LAN. Syno nie jest oczywiście widoczne przez Synology Assistant itp.
Po podpięciu NASa przez serial COMa błąd wskazuje na problem z RamDISK'iem:

Przy próbie wrzucenia do pamięci RAM zImage i ramdiska pod konkretne adresy bootowanie zatrzymuje się na komunikacie Starting Kernel.... Zawiesza się komunikacja po złączu serial. Zostawiłem tak nasa na noc i nic nie ruszyło.

mam ten sam problem - mruga jedynie niebieska dioda zasilania i na żółto świeci się dioda LAN. Co gorsza - nie da się zresetować. Przy wciśniętym przycisku reset nie pojawia się sygnał dźwiękowy, nic się nie dzieje. W odróżnieniu do kolegi nie podłączałem przez serial COM, bo się aż tak nie znam.
NAS sobie stał kilka miesięcy wyłączony i dziś wjechały dwa nowe dyski a tu taki problem...prośba o pomoc.
